I love my blu pillow I am looking for a blu lavender high loft but it is no longer in stock. I hope you will get some soon. The other types are not the same as the lavender.

Once I was able to reach someone on the phone to order as online I could not complete the order. But it took a month of phone tennis to actually reach someone .

I’ll start off by saying the customer service and shipping was a great experience even though I had a little mishap. I originally had ordered two pillows but only received one of them. I was able to get in touch with Kathy from customer service and she was able to correct the problem next day and had a new pillow sent to me free of charge. I received the second pillow within two days with no mishaps. I will say the pillows I received were in great shape and quality. After a week of owning them my sleep has been improving slightly so these pillows are doing something. Now the reason for a 4-star rating is that I was disappointed with the availability and information given on the website. I saw a lot of products that seemed interesting to purchase but almost everything was sold out. Next it took awhile to figure out what the pillow sizes meant until you dig into the sites info and Q/A. I’m glad the info is there but I wish it was easier to access.

We got what we wanted in a reasonable amount of time.

Great except when I add a pillow it less cold

I found the depth and breadth of other reviews helpful, and the website was easy to navigate. I wish that maybe you had a feature where your pillows were ranked under different categories, like "Our most cooling pillows" or "Most popular", as that can sometimes help in decision-making. I also felt that as a customer located in Canada, it was annoying that prices weren't listed in my currency, despite the company having a branch in Canada, and it would have been nice to know when purchasing whether my product was going to be shipped from a location in the US or in Canada, as again I knew the company had a branch in Canada. I feel it is important these days to know where my items are coming from, and I feel better knowing something is coming from less far away, if not truly locally.
