What a sincerely disappointing experience. My Amazon Guy provides high-quality 100% on point youtube/podcast content on all-things Amazon, and how to grow your Amazon business. - So when it came to hiring someone to redesign our listing images to be optimized for Amazon conversions, My Amazon Guy seemed like the obvious choice. I say with great disbelief and sadness, boy were we wrong. What we received was at best a mediocre design that was clearly done offshore (ignored briefing points, text copy that didn't make sense grammatically, etc) well past the promised delivery date. When we reached out to our "Account managers" we were promised they would take personal responsibility for correcting the issues and ensuring quality delivery, and instead we were ignored entirely by My Amazon Guy. We REALLY hoped and expected a great experience with our first interaction with MAG as the beginning of a long-term business relationship, and genuinely hoped we would be leaving a 5 star review today. But the reality of the service we encountered wasn't nearly what we were sold.
