Great resource, valuable content (loads) and always interesting

The team at MAG is amazing! Specifically, Jason Mastromatteo, is incredible to work with. I have worked with him on a couple of projects and he is always quick to respond, available to help, and kind in his approach. Jason has helped me even after we wrapped up a project, he still responded to my (many) unrelated Amazon questions. I have and would truly recommend MAG to anyone looking for help with Amazon in North America! I know we will be working with Jason and the MAG team again soon and are grateful to have them in our Amazon toolbox.

On line it seems everyone is an expert. However, you quickly realize, this isn't the case. Jason knew EXACTLY the issue we were having and then gave me the exact solution. So far we have had a very positive review of My Amazon Guy. Our company has used several other Amazon agencies in the past and the first thing we noticed about My Amazon Guy was that they were actually listening to us and trying to understand our business and products. The other agencies we tried seemed to have "automated" processes and were very generic. I greatly appreciate the personal touch we have been receiving from My Amazon Guy.
