My Amazon GuyReviews of myamazonguy.com

Main Image CTR Be careful about what you expect. For $100, I received a simple three-layer Photoshop edit that I could have done myself in less than three minutes. When I asked for a refund, the response was merely “well noted,” with no refund procedure communicated. I do not recommend this service—it is a complete waste of money.

While the team i worked with was responsive and friendly, they ultimately failed to deliver. I followed every bit of advice, tactic and strategy they recommended and both organic and ppc sales suffered. By every KPI they failed! I opted for a 3 month contract and they tacked on another month. I was clear on the expectation to review the total performance before renewal and they still tacked on a renewal. They did offer a reduced rate, but based on their performance it should have not have incurred any cost. During the entire time with them they asked for a full review. I responded that it seemed odd to get a review on week 1, and i'm glad i didn't do it. This agency cost of over $10,000 and my business suffered overall. To add insult to injury, they sent a collection agency for the final payment after i repeatedly asked to speak to someone about the account and was clear BEFORE the expiry that i didn't want to renew.

They lied what they would do for me. I paid 8000 for two months. When complained they said yes there is a misunderstanding and we will let you out of the contract as of today. So they knew they were wrong.

I regret hiring My Amazon Guy. There are three major reasons why I’m leaving a 1-star review: 1. Incomplete and poorly executed listing work Before the contract ended, I paid for product photo updates. Not only did they fail to complete the task, but the images they did touch were misplaced, swatches were arranged incorrectly, and they refused to fix anything after the contract expired. It was a half-baked job that looked outsourced and rushed. 2. Misleading product descriptions just to chase traffic They submitted new listing descriptions based on keyword research, but many replaced our accurate, optimized descriptions with misleading copy just to get more traffic. One example: they called our confetti cannons "smoke bombs" just because that keyword converts better — even though that’s absolutely not what the product is. I made it clear I didn’t want to mislead customers, but they pushed forward anyway. I had to fix everything myself. 3. No increase in ad return — despite their promises One of the big selling points was their claim that they'd increase return on ad spend (ROAS). That didn’t happen. In fact, there was no meaningful improvement in performance, and I was left paying for an ad strategy that didn’t move the needle. They’ll probably respond to this review with a polished-sounding excuse like they have with others and try to push it onto the customer, but my experience lines up with other real negative reviews. I should’ve trusted my gut instead of the questionable glowing testimonials.

I have continued to reach out to this company about completing the agreed work for what I paid $1,100 for initially! I have files not approved by me of which they then failed to respond through many email conversations. This company took my hard-earned money with false promises, and I would warn anyone not to trust this company. Beware if it's too good to be true!!

I had the worst experience I hired this company to help me with listing ads in amazon . We didn’t get that far , during login it said I had to be verified so I thought not an issue just set a different date to do this and the rep told me they would email me how to do this on video clips. And I paid 350.00 for VGC this. And got nothing out of it . I’m still doing this myself. And I even called them the next day back to back and got nothing answer , I even left a message and got no phone call back . So I contacted PayPal to dispute the transaction . I don’t recommend this company to anyone it is very over rated. I hope the public sees how this company treats unhappy clients they put them down and beat them Out of there money . And it was where I was logging into amazon not my computer . So this response from them should sum it up .

I requested a month-to-month contract with My Amazon Guy, which they agreed too. At the end of January, I informed them that I wanted to cancel due to one of my stores experiencing a slowdown in sales. They agreed to cancel, but shortly after, they claimed I owed another month's payment because of a hidden 30-day notice clause buried in the fine print of the contract. I explained that business was slow and I could not afford the extra payment, but they persisted aggressively. Instead they sent my invoice to a collections agency, now affecting my credit score. This experience has shown me that they do not care about you or your business—only your money. Even when you're struggling, they will squeeze every last dollar out of you. Be very careful when dealing with this agency. Read every detail of the contract because they will find a way to trap you into paying more. Extremely shady business practices.

Bought their sales pitch and they seemed to make a few good changes to my Amazon seller experience at first, but then then we did not get the level of service or sales response we had hoped for. They promise way more than they deliver. Overall a very bad experience and would not recommend them to anyone.
