I had Steven on my YouTube channel for a guest interview, and he was great! I had many people from aggregators, 8 figure brands, and even some friends reach out to tell me how much they liked our video. They all thought it was super insightful. Thanks Steven!

I recently hired MAG to help me with listing reinstatement. I struggle myself for weeks trying to contact Amazon to get reinstated and I got nowhere. I started to lose all hope. I reached out to MAG and I am so glad I did. Their communication was clear all the way through and most of all, they were successful with my listing being reinstated! It was totally worth it and I don't think I could of done it on my own. Thanks MAG! You saved my business.

I needed to get a UPC changed for a product. When we launched it we bought reseller UPC's but were concerned we could run into problems on Amazon if the UPC wasn't one we now owned in GS1. MAG were able to get the UPC replaced within a couple of days. It was a very smooth process from start to finish.

Steven exceeded my expectations for a $50 "Ask a Question". While the initial $50 question was limited to 400 characters (which is a challenge). He responded quickly and with a lot of detail. He was kind enough to add further clarification with a couple of subsequent email volleys. He really seems to know what he's doing and he's so generous to share his experience on his Youtube channel.
