Filled out their form to schedule a call on their website. Never received an email confirmation so I called and spoke with their a.i. robot answering service. It confirmed that I had a meeting scheduled. Half an hour later I received a phone call from Marcela telling me the form never went through and resubmitted my information. She asked me to refresh my email because she received confirmation that it sent on her side. I told her I was checking and she hung up on me! Never did receive that email either. I would stay VERY far away from this company as these first interactions were definitely huge red flags of what's to come!

The worst of the worst of the worst! Incredibly high priced. No value. Switched managers 4x in 12 months. Rude. Did a trademark for us wrong and then left us hanging when Amazon denied it. I was cordial with him and he BLOCKED me on all social medias. Total clown show this guy is running.

My ratings: 1-star for PPC. 5-star for the Creative Department. I am very impressed with their work. I hired MAG in May 2025 and ended the contract on November 3, 2025. At first, my SELECTOOL account was assigned to a new team that struggled to understand our brand. They had difficulty with listing copy and produced creatives that didn’t represent us well. In August 2025, MAG moved us to a more experienced team. Communication improved, they were native English speakers, and they delivered strong product descriptions with brand-relevant keywords. As a patient person, I gave them time to prove their PPC expertise. Instead, profits kept shrinking until my Amazon Seller “Payments” section showed negative balances, and my finances declined rapidly. As a widow and the sole provider for my family, I’m now fighting to keep our family-owned business afloat. I think the MAG team has experimented with the SelectOOL store long enough. I've learned well that high-quality PPC isn't happening under their management. The company primarily operates in the money-collecting business by taking advantage of their clients. Sadly, I still have to pay for their last invoice. Neither the owners nor the marketing agents care. I contacted both. MAG agency owes me at least a partial refund.

Extremely scummy

Terrible.. They basically destroyed my Amazon Business in the USA... Avoid at all costs.. As we paid them so much money and they held onto my money and did not even do the last job I asked them too do.. Again Do not use them and I am happy to upload all our costs we spent on Amazon Guys.. They also trick you into the giving away so much products for reviews... costs me $$$ and got a couple of reviews.. but they kept wanting me to give away more stock.... then I asked them to do A+ Content for my store and they just change the pictures but did not update the content at all.. and charged me $1500 just for that... again my business is ruined by these guys...

When I first signed up with MyAmazonGuy, I was told that they were specialists in my market area and that my $8000 a month expenditure should get the results I wanted after a couple of months. I knew they were blowing smoke up my skirt, but I thought: "what the heck, if they provide a return on investment, it doesn't matter what the cost is." Well after a year and 3 different "teams of experts" my sales were no better than where I started. They will claim that they got my sales up for a short period of time because they put my products at the bottom of the pricing options. Every sale cost me tremendous amounts of money. But, I was patient assuming that once the momentum began we could inch up the pricing. I called the owner out on one of their online courses and he said he would get with me and straighten things out. That was a number of months ago and no word. To conclude, my experience has been anything but positive. Tens of thousands of dollars were wasted and the company really doesn't seem to care (I make that statement based only on lack of response since I have no way of knowing what they care about). My recommendation is that anyone considering working with MyAmazonGuy should evaluate the company closely, make sure the contract protects you and consider numerous alternatives before you get involved in a very expensive relationship.

I was a vendor for MAG. They decided not to pay for services rendered. Just because they can. No denying on their part that the services were provided BTW just that they were not happy and therefore decide not to pay despite being offered various ways to appease them

I shouldn't have setup a call with this company. It's a bunch of unprofessional work-from-homers who don't value your time. I had a team of people ready for the call, (which is expensive when you consider the salaries of the people in the room). When we got it setup, no one was there. The organizer said she had tried to call and then left. That's true. She tried to call from a number that you couldn't call back and then blamed us. It's incredibly unprofessional. Do not work with them. They have no idea what they're doing.
