Service was good. Ease of ordering was good. Packaging was disappointing and needs drastic improvement. No box - just wrapped in a cheap cloth bag and then plastic.

Delayed delivery and your company never honored promised 2 weeks delivery date. When I contacted them through email I got formed immediate email. Then 2-3 days later one of representatives contacted me through email and only said they will investigate. My delivery took 4 to 5 months to get to my house. Ordered in April and didn't get my order until July. I do not need a Trustpilot account in my name. I will not order anything from your company again. Regards

The shoes I received looked like the shoes I thought I was ordering but upon receiving them,I learned that they although they looked like them, they werent.

Not actually Birks. Bought Men’s 11 but it’s small enough to where I can fit in to it, Women’s 7.5. Asked to return and get refunded but they responded first saying they will refund me 10% and discount for buying another pair. I asked for a full refund and return label but they came back saying shipping is expensive so they will give me 35% refund and 20% discount. I believe it is fake because it does not have Birks imprinted on the bottom like the real ones and the size said M11 when it obviously was not. It will be embarrassing to gift this to anyone, and would like a full refund.
