They are not slip resistant
They are not slip resistant. They took along time to get here.

I purchased what I thought were genuine…
I purchased what I thought were genuine Birkenstocks. What I received were definitely not real Birkenstocks and they didn't even come in a box.

Sizes run impossibly small
As is nearly always the case with companies making shoes in China, the size was so off I couldn't wear the shoes I ordered. My shoes came in at least two full sizes smaller than advertised. The company was outstanding in terms of keeping me updated about my order, but ultimately the product itself was a complete waste of money as I cannot wear the shoes I ordered.

Total fraud
Total fraud! I was clearly sent knock-offs and then the return policy is not met. Never again!
