Sent in my clockspring along with another clockspring with good plugs to be used as parts for my clockspring. I included a letter with clear explanation. All they did was solder their own new plugs, something I could've done my self. They added antoher 4-5 inches of wire a lot longer than original. I was thinking they would open the clockspring and replace with the good plugs from the other clockspring without cutting or soldering. The heatshrink tubes slid off the repair area. Never again! Waste of money!

I do not recommend the Duluth, Georgia MyAirbags. They lost one of my Driver Information Control Modules. I brought 2 units with name, address, phone number on each, specified that BOTH were to be returned. The one that was returned was in the same exact condition that I brought to them. I "speculate" that nothing was done on the returned one: just checked out as "OK". I wished to see the person in charge and was told it would be an hour as they were "in a meeting". Perhaps the most negative part of this experience was the young lady at the window as the customer entered the store. She does not have the "experience or personality" to fill such a position. I will pass the word whenever possible. Customer Beware!

I had a right front speed sensor failure in my a.b.s. module for my 2005 ford f 150. I sent out my module to myairbags. I took a few weeks to get it back and in installed it into my truck. Scanned the a.b.s. system and now have a micro processor fault that it didn't have when I sent in in originally. I sent it back to them and they wanted to get paid again to recheck the work. They informed me it was now "unrepairable" and I need a new module. Promised a refund but never went thru. What a waste of time and money! Try someone else!

SENT A CLUSTER FOR REPAIRS FROM A 1998 LEXUS LS400, ONLY PROBLEM IT HAD WAS THAT THE TEMP GUAGE WOULD GO ALMOST TO THE RED BUT THE VEHICLES WAS NOT ACTUALLY OVERHEATING, FIRST TIME THEY SENT IT BACK WITH THE SAME PROBLEM, CALLED THEM, THEY SAID SEND IT BACK & THEY'LL FIX IT AGAIN AT NO CHARGE, OF COURSE I HAD TO PAY $35.00 IN SHIPPING AGAIN, JUST GOT IT BACK FOR THE SECOND TIME & NOW IT STILL HAS THE SAME PROBLEM PLUS ONE OF THE NEEDLES DO NOT LIGHT UP ANYMORE, CALLED THEM AGAIN, THEY SAID WE WILL REFUND YOUR MONEY AS WE HAVE ALREADY TRIED FIXING IT TWICE, SO HERE I AM, 2 WEEKS OF HASSEL, $85.00 IN SHIPPING EXPENSE & A CLUSTER THAT IS NOW WORSE THEN WHAT IT WAS TO BEGIN WITH!!! TERRIBLE SERVICE...WOULD NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!! KHURSHED.
