The return shipping the past two times I use them is an absolute joke takes two days to get there and we’re up to 11 days before I get them back. I guess they will teach me if you want your parts you must pay the expedited service fee!!!!!! Please don’t make the mistake I made, Past experiences and past service is the past!!! Something changed at this company and the service now sucks!!! Don’t do it there are other companies one in the Northeast one in Miami do not use these people you will be sorry!!!!!!!!

Irresponsables. En sus anuncios garantizan que envían el producto arreglado en 24 hrs. Sin embargo mi producto estuvo 3 días sin ser enviado. Tuve que llamar para que lo enviaran. Y cabe recalcar que todo estaba pago. También solicite que hicieran el envío de 24 hrs (yo pagando el envío) y me dijeron que NO. Perdí mi cita por no tener mi producto y me penalizaron. MYAIRBAG SON IRRESPONSABLES.

I ordered the wrong airbags for my car and now I am out 515.00 dollars..I can't afford another 480.00 for the right airbags..They are very rude and unprofessional all they care about is your money

I sent an airbag module in to have repaired after a crash. They sent it back to me stating that it had been fixed. When I installed the module it showed all crashed data was still there, I had to send it back to them again and then they stated that it could not be fixed. They would not refund all my money because they said they will not return shipping fees. I try not to leave negative reviews but this is not the way a company should do business in my opinion

Sent my driver side seatbelt and my airbag module to get repaired shipping was expensive but hey you need it to be done got the items back plugged it in the right way and all my indicators lit up like a Christmas tree tire pressure ,ABS ,airbag light, check engine, traction control light Emergency brake light. I disconnected the seat belt and module and all the Indicators came off except the airbag light which was already on before the first install. Seatbelt Retract slow module looks like it hasn’t been reset and when I connect the seatbelt and the module All the indicator lights come on call customer care multiple times they said they can’t do nothing about that. Buyer beware you pay more for shipping then the actual service and once you get the service done you still would have the airbag light on or multiple indicator lights on never again. I posted the reviews on their website and yelp and I will not stop until people know that there con artist

Paid for an ABS Module repair service with MyAirbags about a year ago for my F-150, (12/23/19) had to send the part back to them once already after the initial repair, not to mention that it took them longer than usual to locate the part when it was already at their office for a few days (I had to call them to notify that my part arrived there). Take into note that I pay for shipping to MyAirbags and back to my home every single time, no matter if it is their fault the Part is not repaired properly. They claimed that “Changed all ultrasonic bond wires. Communication Issues Fixed. Intermittent Functionality Issue Fixed. Wheel Speed Sensor Issues Fixed.” I have had to pay my mechanic $150 every time he has opened this part off of my truck and it has been sitting in front of his shop for almost a month now. It is 1/21/2020 today and I just got off the phone with a gentleman named “Alex King” in which he told me does not have any manager or an employee ID number. I called the main phone number for MyAirbags, spoke with Alex King, expressed my frustration and he was of no help at all, I have already spent $300 in labor and have had a month of downtime of my truck. This is not the customer service that I had expected and cannot believe any of the reviews I have read about this company, considering they still want me to pay for the return shipping and are not willing to expedite and provide me with a shipping label. Wheel speed sensor output problems/traction light on from the beginning as a result of a faulty ABS module that MyAirbags can not repair properly. I called today to express my frustration and to ship the part back to them with hopes of MyAirbags fixing it correctly, but Alex King, told me they will not pay for the shipping. Let’s say they finally repair my part properly after the THIRD TIME, I will still be out another $150, totaling $450 in labor because MyAirbags can not do it right the first time. The least they could do is provide me with a refund and get my part fixed once and for all, but they do not even want to pay for shipping costs, this is not how to conduct a business. My advice to customers, spend the extra $250 on a new part and do not get any of your parts fixed by these guys.

I looked up the module that i needed on their web site and it was incorrect. When i took the old part out and called them that the part on the site was incorrect, they did have the correct one in stock but i would need to pay for shipping again even though the info on their site was incorrect. I would never use them again.

Cost me $61 for and airbag module reset. I received the wrong module back, so I email them and they ask me to send it back. I asked them for my module and they say it was received. I again tell them that I received the wrong one. They tell me they will send me another one, it's been at least 3 weeks and no emails or module. Terrible customer service, just bought a new one instead and I am out $61.
