MyAirbagsReviews of myairbags.com

Horse hockey kind of a place. Very poor service at its best. They offer to have fed ex pick up the package with a pick up label but when it comes to shipping the item back they only offer usps which if anyone knows the usps it might come this week or next month. Not one person working there gives a hoot when or if your package arrives. Very sad. offer fed ex or ups shipping which are very reliable. I have done business with them for a lot of years but sadly this is the last time I will be sending an air bag module to them. Might be more expensive but will buy new next time and have it programmed.

STAY AWAY !! THEY STOLE PEOPLE PARTS BY CLAIMING THAT PACKAGES CAME BROKEN !!! SEE INTERNET REVIEWS --ALL THE SAME --MISSING PARTS!!! LOST MY 2 SEATBELTS AND ONE PART CAME BROKEN NOT REPAIRED!! FEDERAL VIOLATION FOR SERVICE WHICH COSTUMERS PAID AND DID NOT RECEIVED !!!

Terrible company! Ordered an air bag control module for my F150 and they sent a broken one that was corroded so bad. It wouldn't connect to my PCM. Sent it back and now they are claiming I never ordered anything and cancelled it. I'm glad I used PayPal to get my money back. If you do your research most of the positive reviews are fake.

Sent in module and was told nothing in the box. Box was smashed on both ends and open. How could they have accepted this with no part in it? I am out 700 dallors at dealer now. Will never do it again

Mailed steerimg column sensor in early December. Customer service called to inform me the sensor was missing frim the package so they declined receipt of the package and filed a claim with Fed Ex. Its March and still no resolution. They must have kept my check from Fed Ex for beer money.

Sent my airbag module to clear crash data, was good before sent to them and was no issue with communicating with the code reader, but after they repaired it, no communication with the airbag module, told me I can get refund if I send them receipt of replacement, they don’t know how much the airbag module cost?

I sent my module out to them, I paid and got it back and it was not repaired. They told me to send it back and I told them I had paid $160 to have it removed and installed and I couldn't afford to do it again. They told me to buy a new part and send them the receipt so I could get a refund. I told them that the reason I sent them the part in the first place it's because a new part is not available anymore and if you do find one it needs to be programmed for your car and that cost another $175. After two weeks of back and forth I had to submit pictures of the computer read out of my codes still displaying and then I got my refund minus the $45 in shipping charges. I'm glad a family member turned me on to this forum because the upfix myairbags site is misleading they only post 5 star positive reviews. I would have preferred them telling me sorry but your part can't be fixed, unfortunately we can't refund your shipping charges, than sending it back to me like its fixed.

Sent part to them to be repaired they returned part that they said could not be fixed still cost me $26 in shipping to find that out
