MY AIOReviews of myaio.com

Before I contacted myaio I was struggling just to get on Google I paid thousands of dollars to other comp and they could not even get me on Google I talked with Arthur and within the first week he had me on Google in the top 3 as well great people and great company I will be referring them to all my customers and family as well thanks for all you do myaio and Arthur

Worst coldcalling spammy company out there. I have asked them about 15 times to unsubscribe me from their calling list and they refuse to do so. Every time they call me, they start attacking my current marketing strategies rudely and are very disrespectful. I doubt that any 5 star review is real, this is most likely a scam and their customer service and reps are very unprofessional.

I would like to leave a review on the work together with the specialist Michelle Jones. I have been working with her for five months. I would like to say that she is very responsive, attentive. And shows respect during the process of work, she also helped me solve a number of problems with the development of my website, with the formation of my business account, and also gave me a big discount, and for the provision of her services at a time when I had financial problems, I persistently recommend her to everyone who would like to develop in their own.

FRAUD ALERT!! Don’t even deal with these guys!! I was talking to Azmhyrrh Jasper as doing the sales and when he made sure he got my credit card, he passed me on to Michelle Jones who’s the account manager. (I’m sure they change their names from time to time). They seemed wonderful on the first day but the second day, I tried to get a hold of them the contact numbers they sent me through email wasn’t working. There were already red flags from the beginning but because I was desperate to have my business up and running, I went ahead. Be prepared to cancel every transactions and don’t even waste your time!!

These guys promise the best, and at first will deliver. Then once they got you in their pocket all their promises go out the window. No call backs. Impossible to get a hold of. They're run Pakistan or India. Never respond to emails. I signed up two businesses with them, they delivered results. Then they sold me on redoing my website and hosting my site. Now they got me by the balls. My entire online presence is in their hands and their MIA. They over charged my credit card multiple times. One month you're charge on the 27th then the next month on the 26th then the 25th. Next thing you know you're paying for an extra month that year. They take 1 month off for Xmas. I don't even get a week off. And they still charge you. Take my advice and run.

So far, I am not impressed. I have paid them almost $700 and I have been very unhappy with the manager, Arthur, who was assigned to me on 8/19/24. He overpromises, underdelivers and he is doesn't follow through. He doesn't follow through on what he tells me to expect (such as "let's get on a call tomorrow", which he texted me on 9/3 - it is now 9/11 and I haven't heard one word from him). Now that I have given them money, I have to chase him down to get him on the phone and I don't trust that this company has my best interest at heart AT ALL. I am 100% being strung along by this guy. I wish I would have done deeper research about My AIO (AKA Top Page Rankers) because they have a ton of one-star reviews calling this company a scam. I saw in a previous review that the company says they only call people who go to their website and that is not true. I have never heard of MY AIO until they called and solicited me asking me if I was getting business from my Yelp Ads. Their approach makes you feel like they work for Yelp. I would like to be assigned to another manager, or I would like my money refunded. If this company wants to make things right and get me a new manager or work with me on a refund, I will gladly provide more stars if they step up their customer service. As of now, I am not impressed and regret working with them.

James was extremely helpful. Great phone etiquette and helped me down to every detail. Thank you James.

Competing in a saturated market means every dollar spent on marketing must count. I switched to MY AIO after a disappointing run with a previous agency. The difference was night and day. Not only did they cut my costs by optimizing our ad spend, but they also increased our lead generation significantly. Special thanks to Rich Richardson he really understands the importance of cost efficiency in a competitive landscape.
