Mixed feelings about this company. The sales rep was extremely professional (only reason they earn an extra star). However, the account manager kept pushing for me getting a new website which I didn't want unless it included specific features my old website already had. They said they would do it. Long story short, they under delivered by never implementing the changes I requested, so I switched companies, and then My AIO took the access away to the wordpress for the account they told me I would own. Reached out for support and never heard back. It's been 4 weeks and I'm still waiting to get this resolved.

So far, I am not impressed. I have paid them almost $700 and I have been very unhappy with the manager, Arthur, who was assigned to me on 8/19/24. He overpromises, underdelivers and he is doesn't follow through. He doesn't follow through on what he tells me to expect (such as "let's get on a call tomorrow", which he texted me on 9/3 - it is now 9/11 and I haven't heard one word from him). Now that I have given them money, I have to chase him down to get him on the phone and I don't trust that this company has my best interest at heart AT ALL. I am 100% being strung along by this guy. I wish I would have done deeper research about My AIO (AKA Top Page Rankers) because they have a ton of one-star reviews calling this company a scam. I saw in a previous review that the company says they only call people who go to their website and that is not true. I have never heard of MY AIO until they called and solicited me asking me if I was getting business from my Yelp Ads. Their approach makes you feel like they work for Yelp. I would like to be assigned to another manager, or I would like my money refunded. If this company wants to make things right and get me a new manager or work with me on a refund, I will gladly provide more stars if they step up their customer service. As of now, I am not impressed and regret working with them.
