Google moved files out of a protected map on my PC to sort and changed them in an unwanted form. How to get them back?

Quería reactivar mi suscripción anterior, que tenía pausada. La persona que me atendió por teléfono me informó de que ya no era posible y que tendría que contratar el plan de nuevo pagando el precio completo. Por iniciativa propia, decidí probarlo directamente introduciendo mis datos de pago en el plan antiguo — y efectivamente, el sistema me lo mantuvo tal como estaba. Resultado: estuve a punto de pagar 80 € de forma completamente innecesaria por culpa de una atención al cliente que no conoce su propio producto ni sus condiciones reales.

I've never met a more useless bunch! Report a problem & get asked for all info previously given. Then a template response which doesn't address the issue. This happens each time. Matter how long you spend they never provide anything useful. Faceless wonder never accountable for their poor service.

They look great. Better price than others.And they have a three year warranty.

So far, when I called Customer Service I was lucky enough that they sent me a technician, Miguel Morales, who is highly professional, knowledgably, respectful and also went straight to the problems after asking me a few questions. Mr. Morales, explained to me the situation, and fixed it without wasting my time or his. He also advised me that the system was one of the best and to not hesitate to call Customer Service when facing any water problems. For me this company and some of its technician have always come thru. I would recommend Mr. Morales to anyone under contract with Leaf Home Water Solutions for his professionalism and knowledge and no-nonsense approach to the situation on hand. Hector E.
