The guy taking our photos didn’t give us anytime to fix our posture before taking the photo. I wasn’t even able to fix my hair before the photo. And when we were done taking it, he didn’t let me see it. He immediately called the next person while I was still confused. All my friends also had horrible photos and we never want to take photos with this company again.

I had school photos. And the photographer took my photo didn’t let me see it. And then expanded my forehead and all my friends and classmates. It happened with 2 out of 3 photographers.

The preschool photos we just received are horrible. The “scene” set up is bare, very bland, and pretty awful/cheesy looking, in comparison to all of the other preschool photos we’ve received over the last eight years with local companies. This year, lifetouch also took close-up photos in front of a solid plain background, more like what you might see for school age photos- except parents were not given an option to select the background, and their “timeless” option, to quote their support specialist was a light beige. It horribly washes out both my children, and my son almost matches it exactly. Apparently, for preschool, there’s no option to change the background. There was one (of 6 possible) pictures where my 2 children are looking at the camera and you could have made money off of me ordering pictures. Instead, I’m ordering a digital copy and having to Photoshop the background in order to print it. Pretty disappointing experience all around. Would never hire them again for preschool photos.

I would give this company zero stars if possible! Last year they did photos for my kindergartener and first grader and I felt like crying seeing my kindergarteners picture. Both were awful but I was hoping for a special picture as his first year in school. The school used a different company the year prior called prelude photography and they did such a beautiful job. I didn't even purchase their pictures because my kids looked messy and unkept. I didn't send them to school that way! It's like this company doesn't even offer a comb for the kids! It didn't even look like my children! Now again this year my kids crappy cheap school is using their services again and I just know the pictures will turn out terrible and not be worth paying for. Hopefully I'm wrong but I don't have my hopes up with all these terrible reviews. I'm more mad with the school hiring them!! This business needs to go under

Pure shit. Horrible customer service, almost a month since I ordered photos and they had to “reship” them. No response as to why or where the original package is. This is my child’s photos, not a lost Amazon package!

IF I COULD GIVE THEM A NEGATIVE 0 I WOULD!!! THIS IS THE WORST PHOTOGRAPHY COMPANY AND I SINCERELY DONT UNDERSTAND WHY THEY ARE CONTINOUSLY USED BY THESE SCHOOLS. THIS IS THE THIRD YEAR WITH TERRIBLE QUALITY PICTURES. MY DAUGHTER IS EXTREMELY PHOTOGENIC BUT YET THE PICTURES COME BACK WITH EYES CLOSED, TERRIBLE QUALITY, TERRIBLE ANGLES, AND SOMETIMES NOT EVEN LOOKING LIKE HER. THESE BABIES HAVE TO LIVE THESE PICTURES FOR THE REST OF THEIR LIVES. AND AS A GREAT PARENT, I CANT TELL HER THAT I HATE THE PICTURES WITHOUT HER THINKING THAT I HATE THE WAY THAT SHE LOOKS ETC DISGUSTING!

I got my picture taken a few days ago at school and the photographer made me really uncomfortable. As a person who doesn't like their smile that much, he wouldn't take the picture until I was smiling wider, making me anxious and scared. It took me a long time to smile wider, because I wanted to smile how I want to smile. The tension and him taking so long to take the picture of me of how I wanted it should have shown a sign that he should have just taken the photo. The photographer would also talk to me while taking the photo, so then my mouth was open for the second picture. So we did a third retake. The third retake was rushed and my eyes weren't even looking at the camera. My eyes were looking at the photographer trying to pressure me into smiling more. My head was also tilted in a certain direction where it made my photo look like it was taken by a friend of mine. The final photo was super bad when my mother got emailed it and I don't get why he just let me go back to my class with this as my final photo. I talked to some of my friends who also had him as their photographer and said that he was making them uncomfortable too. Picture day is important to me, especially because it is going to be seen by others on the yearbook and also my I.D. I tried being as polite and professional as I could, yet he still tried forcing me to take the photo how he wanted it, still turning into a sloppy image that could be my picture if I don't do retakes. They did not tell us when the retakes are and I am afraid on if I get a similar experience like this one on the retakes.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. Always a hurdle with this company getting my kids pictures within a reasonable time. Spent $65 on Football pictures for my senior. Pictures were taken at the beginning of August and it's Sept 16th and still no pictures. They had no problem cashing the check though, Customer service is pathetic. Left 8 messages before we got a call back. My recommendation is show up when it's picture day for your kid, take a couple photos yourself and go develop them at Walmart.
