MX LockerReviews of mxlocker.com

Best dirt bike business in the game

Not only is it the best site i've used to order new or used parts and gear but customer service is everything, and the one issue i did have was handled and taken care of immediately with EXCELLENT customer service which really shows how amazing they are! Thank You MX Locker!!!!

Customer service is so helpful! If you have any issues with an order, they are on it. They help you get it fixed and check back with you making sure you’re happy with your order!!

MXlocker is a joke. Loved the site until i had an issues with an order. Ordered and exhaust, buyer said he couldn’t fulfill the order, i reached out to support to cancel the order. Got a quick reply saying they would contact the seller and let me know. Next thing i know a package shows up at my door. I ask the seller what he sent and he said a different item. I asked why he would send that. He said because his account was going to get suspend if he didn’t send something. He claimed the support never contacted him. I reached back out to support. They said there’s nothing they can do. I accepted the terms to bidding on an item and they can’t cancel it. Poor customer support. Was planning on bringing my few hundred eBay listings over but after this i think I’ll stick with eBay! EBAY FOR THE WIN. MX LOCKER FOR THE TRASH CAN!!!!

"Highly recommended! Mx Locker has the best staff, always helpful, and I easily find everything I need."

I would highly recommend shopping with MXLocker. I bought a combination switch for my new gasgas and unfortunately when it arrived it had a broken clip. I reached out and they apologized for the mistake and sent me out a new one immediately with no hassle. They were very responsive with getting back to me with updates and shipping information. Thanks to the team at MXLocker for your timely responses and support.

Super easy platform to buy and sell your parts, already have sold a few things and transactions went flawless, would definitely recommend trying this app out.

The staff at MXLOCKER were incredibly helpful and thorough getting me a full refund when I purchased an FMF silencer thinking it would fit my application, which unfortunately didn't work out. I'll be a lot more inquisitive with any future purchases that involve used aftermarket parts and will definitely confirm any or all existing part numbers before finalizing a sale to avoid any wasted time or frustrations for both parties involved. Again, thanks to the staff on this site for their correspondence and patience and I hope to do business again soon.
