I would put EXCELLENT if my transactions were without a hitch. As it was, I ended up with multiple purchases, due to errors, really. I AM, HOWEVER, VERY HAPPY with my actual orders. I've been a moissanite collector for over 10 years...I'm April-born and used to collect diamond jewelry, but due to increased awareness regarding sustainability, I appreciate lab created gems more. I DO ADD that the customer service was wonderful in resolving my issues. I did say I wouldn't return, but now, I may become a regular customer!
