No warranty bracelet from MW last…
I bought a tennis bracelet from MW last year in October for my wife. It's a beautiful bracelet, she loves it. Unfortunately 2 of the stones came off. I tried to contact customer service only getting automated reply and one email asking for pictures which I have provided. Then stop. Buy at your own risk! Update on 04/18/2023 Customer service reached out to me after posting this review and a replacement bracelet was sent, I had to pay the shipping cost. Other than customer service experience, product itself is lovely. Updated to 3 stars from 1. Cheers!!
