I’m back with another review of MW Ring! This company will communicate like crazy until you place your order and pay for it…then they stop responding to all messages. I’ve never been so upset with a company in my life, this isn’t a cheap order from somewhere…it’s a custom bridal set that is deeply meaningful and all meaning has been tarnished by the way they’ve handled business. No matter where you order from these days you get tracking information…could they be bothered to give me the FedEx tracking numbers…absolutely not! I’ve messaged for well over a week now, I’ve emailed, I’ve begged, and I’ve pleaded to just treat me like a paying customer and they have chosen time and again to ghost me! You get better treatment ordering from TEMU and they automatically give you tracking information, you don’t even have to ask. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE IF YOU WANT A CUSTOM RING MADE THAT YOU WILL FOREVER WEAR ON YOUR HAND BECAUSE THIS WAS SUPPOSED TO BE A CUSTOM BRIDAL SET THAT HAD A LOT OF MEANING TIED TO IT AND NOW THOSE MEMORIES ARE RUINED BY THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! I am angry, I am heartbroken, and I am so sad that all I asked was the bare minimum of a tracking number and I’ve been ignored time and time again. I gave them well over a week to make this right…I warned them this was coming, and they continued to ignore me!!!!! Mind you, I know they’ve read my messages on WhatsApp because it shows you on the app…they absolutely DO NOT CARE! SAVE YOUR MONEY! YOU WILL BE TREATED BETTER EVERYWHERE ELSE EXCEPT MW RING!

Finally received the long-awaited ring. The whole process from ordering to receiving the goods is very satisfactory! I received the email notification very quickly when it was shipped. The logistics was very fast and I received the package in 3 days. The ring is more exquisite than the picture, with fine workmanship and texture. It shines on my hand and I received many compliments. The customer service is also very good and patiently answered all my questions. Perfect!

My ring is beautiful. The fit is perfect. I entered an incorrect address when I ordered. I emailed customer service the same day with the correct address. They immediately responded and made the correction. Great customer service!!
