Everything was fine with order. It took a long 2 weeks for delivery which was disappointing. After I received it i called for some technical questions, many times, on hold for around a minute you are supposed to leave a message. So after many attempts I finally left a message. That was now three business days! Not acceptable for any business?

Rpdney, Let me start off by apologizing for having not met your expectations. We strive very hard to achieve 5 star ratings and would like to make that happen if possible with you. While we would like to figure out how we can turn that review from 1 star, there are some things I would like your help and understanding with. We did take a look at the overall shipping situation. We did ship the package out the next day from when the order was placed using the service chosen. Unfortunately we don’t have any control over the package once it leaves our facility. I do agree with you – 2 weeks seems like a ridiculous amount of time for a First Class Package to get from Missouri to Saskatchewan. Regarding the tech call, I tried to pull our records to see what our issue was on taking your call. I searched for the number from your customer details page and I didn’t find any calls at all to or from that number. Do you have a different number you may have called from? I would really like to find where we messed up here and I’m thinking that you probably called from a different number. Getting the correct number from you will help me figure out what happened. Again, I do want to apologize for having not met your expectations and hope I can help change your opinion of Missouri Wind, -Crystal
