I bought this suntaqe
I bought this suntaqe. I followed the direction to a T, I called them followed there direction and it is still not working. It is a faulty unit and they wont pay for the return.

Mr. Horst, I'm not sure how you got your information that we weren't going to take care of you. According to our records, the RMA was placed by you at 10:30 at night and the review you posted here was shortly thereafter. We're a small company and we don't have 24 hour staff. We are committed to customer service as is evidenced by the hundreds of reviews here and the fact that I've asked our general manager to follow up with you to make sure this matter is resolved even though this review was done before we had a chance to act.
