Mount Vernon Carpet OneReviews of mvcarpetone.com

Everything involved in the transaction from Larry's friendliness and expertise at the store to Mike's problem-solving, overwhelming desire to make sure all of his work was done to our satisfaction. and expert installation of our wood flooring was beyond expectation. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mount Vernon Carpet One to anyone who asked about their service, just as we haven't in the three or four other purchases we have made at the business over the past decade and one-half.

My new home took about 14 months to complete. During this time I made numerous visits to the store to select (and sometimes re-select), tile, carpet, etc. Alissa was always helpful and patient in addition to being a great resource. On those occasions when I just stopped by the store, the rest of the staff was very helpful as well.

I’ve worked with Dotty over the years and she has always done an excellent job for me! I look forward to using her again in the future!

I had new laminate floors installed on main floor and new carpet installed in the loft area. I worked with Tanya, who was of great help in floor and carpet selection. It looks great! I was also impressed by the hard work of the two work crews doing the installation. They did really fine work.

I was very impressed the minute I walked through the door. Dotty was great to work with and Alfredo and Sam did a top notch job installing my carpet. This is the second time I have used Carpet One for flooring needs and I will continue.

My experiences with Carpet One have been excellent. I primarily use them for all of my projects as a general contractor because of their selection size, friendly staff, and quick turn around. Their broad range of prices makes it easier to find the right material for the budget, and my customers love accompanying me to the show room to look through their beautiful products. I recommend MV Carpet One to everybody who asks where we buy our tile and flooring.

Great experience from start to finish! Everyone was a pleasure to deal with and everything was done in a timely manner!

When you first walk in the door there is someone to greet you. I don't like having the feeling of being a ghost wandering around a store. I take a long time in making a decision on carpets and Kristen had a lot a patience and suggestions. The installation was great. I had to wait 3 weeks for my date and then the installer wasn't available so they found another and I actually got the install a day early. Plus the installers Alfredo and Sam had installed carpet for me in the past and they are really good. So I was really pleased with the change. and they did an excellent job once again.
