Mount Vernon Carpet OneReviews of mvcarpetone.com

ALissa is the best. You should pay her more. She made my shopping experience easy. She kept good track of my records even over a long period of time and made it simple to place additional orders with you.

We were looking for a floor to complete the look and tie all areas together. Larry worked with us to find that floor, Mike, the installer did a great job, professional and communicated with us every step to be sure he was doing things the way we wanted it done.

Larry was exceptionally prompt, thorough, appropriate and accurate as far as scope, budget and purpose of our project. The installers he assigned were also perfectly matched to our desires and delivered as promised and on-time. Larry's knowledge and expertise from materials to install will have our repeat business. Respectfully, Daryl and Jason Hicks, Anacortes, WA.

We worked with Dotty on floor coverings and tile for our new home. We love the products and the service has been excellent! Dotty has been prompt with responses and helpful with pulling samples, etc. Very positive experience.

Fantastic service. Carpet one stands behind their installations.

Our carpets look great the installers did an awesome job, super polite hard workers.

Alissa did an amazing job of walking us through the process of installing new floors. She also gave us a variety of options that allowed us to choose what cost would work for us. The willingness of Carpet One to let us take home samples and ask a ton of questions put our minds at ease when it came time to choose the product we liked best. Efficiency and quality was at the heart of our experience.
