Mount Vernon Carpet OneReviews of mvcarpetone.com

This company is easy to work with and accommodating to the needs of the home owner. Questions are answered quickly and everyone works on your behalf. Pricing was fair, delivery of the products and installations were quick. We would certainly work with this team again.

The employees of Mount Vernon carpet one, were amazing! They answered all of our questions and concerns, and helped us decide on the flooring that would be best for our new home! We will definitely be using them again when it's time to update our upstairs carpeting and molding! Thank you Morgan and everyone at Carpet one for making our experience so wonderful! We LOVE our floors!

Very happy with the sales and our installer was fantastic. We will definitely use this company again for flooring needs.

We purchased carpeting from Carpet One many years ago. While the carpet has performed as expected, it was time for a change. Once again we went to Carpet One to look at options and receive a bid. Ultimately we chose them again. The space we needed to re-carpet is irregular with acute corners and radius areas next to floor tile. Our carpet installer took time to get everything perfect. He also left the entire home just as tidy as when he had arrived. We are very happy with the installation and service. I do not hesitate to recommend them.

I started my project on a complete remodel of an older home in Anacortes that desperately needed a new fresh and updated look. It required new entry, kitchen, bathroom flooring and new bedroom carpets, new countertops for all the bathrooms and a kitchen backsplash. I had a vision of what I wanted to achieve with this remodel however I did not have a lot of time to spend looking at so many samples. I met a wonderful interior designer Alissa at Carpet One who took the time to listen to me and help me achieve a beautiful updated look to this remodel. She was so professional and she spent time listening to me. She really wanted me to be happy with my selections. She helped me with paint selections as well. Everything turned out just I had hoped for- perfection! She would call and she would email me to make sure things were just right. She even came to the house several times during the remodel process to check in on things with the contractor. I have received many compliments on our newly remodeled home from friends and family. Carpet One has so many selections to choose from to suit any design on any home. I would highly recommend Carpet one for all your flooring needs and more!

I am very pleased with the Mount Vernon Carpet One. I thought the customer service was great and I loved the product selections as well. I would, and have, recommend them.

Done as scheduled and looks just like we hoped.

The Salesperson, Morgan, was super helpful and attentive. He helped me find great flooring and wall tile that fit our budget. The installer, Michael, was friendly, professional, thorough, and installed our flooring and baseboards with excellence. Morgan kept in touch to ensure everything went according to my expectations and really bent over backwards to ensure our project got finished within our timeline. Our flooring and trim work was completed on schedule and it looks amazing!
