Mount Vernon Carpet OneReviews of mvcarpetone.com

Doddy and Carpet 1 worked under very short notice and challenging circumstances plus long-distance circumstances to get our basement carpet replaced in time for an open house We could not have done it without the persistence of the employees at Carpet 1!! Thank you very much! Linda and family

We have used Carpet One for our home upgrades for two years in a row now. We’ve put in floors, counters and carpet. Each year a new area in our home. Not only is the product at Carpet One of high quality, the prices are so affordable. If you come in with a dollar amount in mind you want to spend, they work with you to reach that amount as much as possible without sacrificing quality. They are quick, pleasant and highly professional throughout the entire process from the first minute you walk thru their doors to being wowed at seeing the finished product. I highly recommend Carpet One and will always check there first!

From the time i walked in thru installation the experience was great and we couldn't be happier with our new countertop and windowsill.

I worked with Morgan Schmidt at Mount Vernon Carpet One and my experience was top notch. Morgan was very helpful and knowledgeable about the materials I was considering. If he didn't have an immediate answer to questions, he did his research and always got back to me right away. He even came to the property that was being remodeled to deliver samples and offer opinions about what would work well in the space. He helped me select the carpet and porcelain tile that would work best in the space I would be using it for. He kept me informed every step of the way about timing and installation. I'm very pleased with the outcome.

I told Morgan what I was looking for and the first thing he suggested is what I went with. I’m not good with picking grout and another employee (I wish I remembered her name), offered to help and made the choice quick and easy.

Larry and Kristin from Mount Vernon Carpet One are exceptional people. They are knowledgeable and professional. They were courteous, patient and helpful. They worked with us to choose the right products for our flooring needs and stay within our budget. The installation was timely and the crew was very skilled and informed. The final result was awe inspiring. we are very pleased with the flooring, wainscoting and accent wall. The overall look is fabulous! All of the Mount Vernon Carpet One employees have a spirit of excellence and we were blessed to do business with them. We highly recommend For your flooring, window dressing, countertops, etc. Oh, by the way, Turning Point Moving, a company recommended by Mount Vernon Carpet One, are unequaled in what they do.

Love my new carpet! The whole experience went smoothly, from reviewing all the different carpets with the amazingly patient Morgan in the showroom to the fast and expert installation with Alfredo and his team. I would definitely recommend Carpet One in Mount Vernon to anyone looking for carpet.
