Our salesman, Morgan was extremely knowledgeable about the flooring products, kept us informed every step of the way, and truly wanted us to be completely satisfied with the product we purchased. I went in looking for a paticulare pieces of Tile. Morgan helped me. Placed the order, when the order came in there was a broken piece of tile. He asked his boss if he could give me the sample on the floor. He was able to an now our bathroom is ready this weekend for your annual Christmas party!!! We have been going to Mount Vernon Carpet One for many years now for all of our flooring needs. Just recently, we also purchased tile from them for a fireplace surround. They are wonderful folks to work with. They provide great customer service as well as valuable input regarding design, style, appearance, cost, etc. The installers they use are all courteous and accommodating and they do excellent work. I highly recommend Mount Vernon Carpet One!
