The glasses are perfect even with my tricky progressive lenses. It’s my third time ordering from Muukal and I am a very happy customer. They arrived in Ontario in under 2 weeks.

Pro:The frame selection and prices are great. I also had good communication with customer service. Con:I ordered 3 frames with progressive lenses. 2 frames have an issue with how the reading prescription was placed in the frame and I cannot wear them. 1 pair was wearable. Customer service explained to me that the frames I chose for 2 of the glasses were not conducive to progressive lenses and that is why they were not okay. This was not in the description of the lenses or I would not have ordered them. They were willing to replace one pair with a different frame more close in size to the pair that were wearable. I was happy to get one pair remade as I had read other reviews but feel I paid for 2 and should have received 2 replacements as it was not my error.

I was honestly surprised by the quality of the glasses. They have so many cute designs for frames. This is the first time I got glasses and didn’t have any problems with the frames. I have a wide face so most glasses don’t fit me but all four fit perfectly! I’m so happy I found this company!

I ordered 3 pairs … they are bifocals .. I’m not sure what exactly is wrong .. but the bottom (bifocal) is super blurry .. they all 3 seem to be different .. not pleased at all . Not able to use them :(

Hubby got his new glasses yesterday and loves them. Says they’re very comfortable, loves the flexible arms (because they hug his face but aren’t tight), very lightweight but good quality, and the Rx is perfect. He’s been wearing them since receiving them with no complaints. Ordered & received in lease than 2 weeks! Very satisfied.

I have ordered glasses for myself, my son-in-law, and my granddaughter. Every time, the order is delivered as expected and to the correct address. I love these frames and will only buy glasses from Muukal Optical going forward! The prices are so reasonable and the styles are exemplary! They are able to get each prescription correct every time! I love Muukal Optical!

I bought the three pieces. I’m very pleased with them. The price quality and delivery were excellent.

I received the glasses so quick, with all the accessories promised. I recommend this site
