How come I did not receid the second pair I like very much the model I choose

I ordered 2 pair of progressive, blue blocker, transition lens glasses. Unfortunately I entered my RX incorrectly. Muukal suspected it was wrong and attempted to contact me. I received one pair and immediately discovered my error, contacted them and received a text from them within a few hours. They explained that they suspected the error, and sent a screenshot of the email they had attempted to send, and because of this, they had only sent one pair. They offered to remake both pair at no charge!!! I just needed to text a picture of my original RX. I didn't even have to return the incorrect glasses, which fit perfectly and look great. And l had gotten the BOGO deal, so I just can't say enough positive things about this company. Shipping only took 10 days, and I had ordered on Christmas day. Can't wait to get the correct RX in these cute frames. I will be buying more and have already recommended this company to others. Thank You, Muukal!!!

Excellent services glasses are great quality these perscription lenses are perfect clear precise. The best thing is the price they are so affordable I was able to get 2 pair for price of one. I will always buy my glasses here going forward. A+ Business & customer service

I received exactly what ordered. Easy website. Good reviews. Actually, I got a little more than I ordered. I got a little keychain with a screwdriver for my glasses. I got great instructions advising me how to care for and adjust my glasses. They’re beautiful and fit perfectly. My only (small problem) was very little communication while waiting for my order to arrive. Not enough of a bother to keep me from ordering from them again. Yes, I recommend them and I would definitely order from them again.
