Great service, quality glasses;,super fun frames

All the 6 pairs do not have correct bi focal set in the proper area of the lenses. You said you made them as per my requirement but the second set of 3 made up are still not correct, the bifocal/progressive part is not in correct area of the lenses. cannot wear them, distorted views.

The prescription is off, and causes double vision. I even ordered again thinking it may be the size of lenses or a flaked. Nope. All worthless.

Fits perfect. Love them.

One pair of glasses was missing from the original shipment. Waited a few days for the other pair to arrive but they were very courteous about this and answered all my questions.

Now even 1 week went by before the arm of my glasses fell off. One week and they broke. Haven't been able to use them and basically threw away my money. Thanks for a sh!tty product.

I was so excited because Muukal has such cute frames. I’ve used my same prescription with several online prescription glasses companies and never had a problem. Every pair I got from Muukal either the RX was off or the pupillary distance was off. I couldn’t wear any of them. When I reached out about returning them I was told I would only receive a partial refund. So I paid for 3 pairs of glasses I cannot wear. Additionally the colors and size of the glasses does not match what you see online. I can understand a little variance, but these were huge differences. Order #: 22402033377

I've ordered from Muukal twice and it's been great. They have great sales. Selection is good, I'm able to find the styles I like that aren't generally carried in brick & mortar stores. Quality is decent. Shipping time isn't bad considering they have to make the lenses for my prescription and the distance they're being shipped from.
