i was attracted first by the pricing,first one of the glasses prescription was not good, so they sent me a new one , after one of the frame broke after a couple of month so they gave me a 40$ on my next order, and now i only have one that is still good , a other broke, and one the nose pin broke, So in conclusion , good pricing, good client service, but frame are made in a lower quality, but that goes with the price

I ordered 3 pairs of glasses for $119 and only got ONE pair of glasses. My message to Muukal over a week ago was NOT answered. A note inside the only pair of glasses says "Hello for some reason, your package needs to be sent twice, no worries. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions" . It been two weeks already. NOTHING from Muukal. No tracking, no 2 pair of missing glasses and no response to my email. Order #22407222178 I want a refund and I'll never buy from you again. Your response to this comment was that you sent me an email on Aug 1st. I did find that email but it says I should ALREADY HAVE MY GLASSES when I read the email and it is August 13 and I still don't have two pair of progressive lenses glasses.

All my glasses I've ordered are awesome, I'm actually quite impressed. Wasn't sure what to expect...I will definently order more glasses from here.

I was worried when I first ordered but I love their glasses. Very comfortable and very pretty and well made. The prescription was spot on. I really like my new glasses

Not easy to deal with. The glasses are not able to be tried on before ordering. Poor packaging when sent. Definately won't be ordering them again
