We are very sorry, we have checked all the emails and did not find any contact between you and us, so why do you say our service is poor? After getting in touch, the customer said that we needed a month for delivery, but the fact is that we only took 12 days. The customer said they made a mistake with the timeline and said that none of our 6 pairs of glasses worked, but they only bought three pairs from our company. So what is the truth?
