Edit 1 - If their reply doesn't tell you everything. I literally mentioned them trying to tell me the glasses were to big for me. And yet they are the same size as my current glasses. They either pay no attention or are gaslighters. I ordered 3 pairs of multifocals. NONE of them are usable. They tried blaming the PD I sent them. It was correct. They then tried to tell me the frames are too big for me. Nup they are the same size as my current frames. Then they offered a 50% refund. Which doesn't really help when you can't use what you have paid for. Don't be fooled by their advertising there is 100% NOT a 100% guarantee. Read their T&Cs before you order. They will try and make it your fault. Then they blackmail you with emails stating "we won't provide the refund unless you take down your review" problem is the review is factual and I am at the stage now I would prefer to lose some money to save anyone else losing any more. I can't not express enough how bad they are. Please DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.
