I've ordered from Muukal multiple times and I am always satisfied. The glasses selection is great and the BOGO deal hasn't been beat by any other company I've looked at.

I was excited about their stylish frame selection, but the lenses are unfortunately subpar—even after multiple attempts to get them right. If you're just looking for frames, they might be worth considering, but I recommend getting your lenses elsewhere. I tried twice because I loved their frame options, but they just can't seem to make proper multifocal lenses. They blamed me for choosing frames that were 'too big' for multifocals, yet I've successfully used larger frames with multifocal lenses from other companies. Their customer service was quite rude though it’s possible something was lost in translation since English isn't their first language. (Quote “ OK, if you insist to use these big frames, we will do as you want, hope that there will be no problem anymore.If it's still doesn't work, and we will not take responsibility of it again”) Overall, I can't recommend them for prescription glasses.

You receive glasses that you cannot use. The lenses do not match your prescription and they try to blame you for it. After I wrote a bad review previously they contacted me trying to pay me to remove my bad review. I will not be silenced by this company. They do not stand behind their return policy stating customer error. Do not use this company

Great experience and great glasses. The only reason I don’t give 5 stars is because you did not provide a proper receipt/invoice that my insurance provider can work with.

The glasses are great and arrived fast. My only issue is the reading part of the lens is a little off.
