They made it easy to buy my prescription glasses however, the glasses lack the quality that I get from a local optical store. I have a progressive prescription and found the frames are fragile and the lenses aren’t as sharp as could be. They’re good as an occasional wearing type of lens though because the styles are fun.

Your company did great. Unfortunately I cannot wear any of my four pair of glasses. I got progressive lenses, which is what I have been wearing for years. I am now realizing that I should have ordered high index for a larger viewing area. Is there any way you can help?

I have ordered twice from them with mixed success. I have had one pair the lenses were not cleared. They sent an alternative style. Another pair the frames have broke twice (last time as I was driving on the highway). Both breaks were in different spots. So I really go two usable pairs for the price of three. Their response to two pairs of frames breaking within 6 months.... Do you want us to ensure that it will be available for you for ten years? Order 12409414016

Yes, we have found your order. There are a total of three pairs of glasses in your order. We have remade one pair and sent a replacement frame for the other pair. We don't know what else we can do for you?

Used my correct current prescription and when I got them they all had the wrong prescription! Can't even see out of the 3 pair I got! Had such high hopes and was completely disappointed! Contacted company-no help. Will not order from them again.

Hello, you have purchased two pairs of single vision and one pair of progressive, so what you mean is that you need three pairs of progressive glasses,right?
