I order a set of eye glasses from this company, and then recognized that I had mistakenly clicked on the wrong shipping address. I wrote the company and they changed the address very quickly and caught it on time before the glasses were shipped. I'm very pleased with their customer support and I love the eye glasses!

It took a couple days longer than the website suggested but if you're willing to wait a couple days for frames that arent available anywhere else in the colors you want that also happen to be a fraction of the price, Then I highly recommend this site

Super chic frames! The gradient tint works perfectly fine on my pair. I've also got the UV filter which is super worthy and adorable!

I got sucked into the allure of the prices and cute styles, but you get what you pay for…quality is incredibly cheap and lenses were off. I ordered 4 pair; 2 of them I couldn’t even see out of the lenses they were made so badly. Prescriptions were not made correctly. Frames are equivalent to dollar store sunglasses quality. Reached out to customer service and they gave me instructions of how to wear glasses properly, then blamed me for picking frames that were too pointy, lol. I’ve been wearing glasses for over 30 years and have been ordering online for over 10. Stick with Firmoo/ Zenni/ Zeelool. They will give you the runaround to not refund you. Seriously, go somewhere else.
