I just received my order this weekend. The shipping time frame was reasonable and I think the glasses look great. I can see fine out of the top part of the glasses on all three pair. However, the bottom, "progressive", part is not clear at all. I've been wearing progressives for years, so I'm not new to them, but it seems the prescription isn't correct in these because I can't see clearly when I try to read and doing so causes such eye strain as to make them useless. Not sure what to do. Update: I was contacted by the company and they are certain there was no error in the crafting. They asked for a pic of me (in my old amd new glasses so they could offer an opnion on my style choices) which I declined to send and rather opted for the return for refund. They, however, explicitly refused to move forward with any refund until I remove this review. If it were possible I would lower the score to a negative number of stars.

I am very happy with my glasses. I would be extremely happy if you sent me a new purple frame being as some of the colouring is missing on the bottom side right of the frame and I also need two arms for my blue glasses as there’s too much flashing on them for me, it’s all black marks. I do have pictures for you if you would like and if you send me those I would be extremely happy and satisfied as I really do enjoy my glasses except for those two pairs and I bought five pairs if I got the replacement arms and the replacement frame, I would be extremely satisfied and give you a five star review.

Glasses are well made. The progressive prescription is well lined up, also.

I was skeptical about the “3 for $119” lens quality. In the past, I would order high-end Cazal frames on eBay and would sign a waiver to have my optician put lenses in them. Even supplying my own frames, the total would exceed $500. I need progressives with photochromatic and prism. Thru Muukal I ordered “Premium Progressive” because it has a broader mid-range, which I need for seeing the computer and the instrument panel of the airplane. With the add-ons the cost was still well under $200, so I was willing to take a chance that the glasses might suck. But they didn’t. They’re super cute, I love the premium progressive more than my expensive Essilor progressives, the pupillary distance is perfect. That’s important for progressives. (To measure yours, download a PD app and look into your phone’s camera. Take several measurements and report the average.) The segment height is just about 3mm too low. At first I had to lift the frames to read fine print. But the glasses came with little silicone nose pads (the glasses are plastic with molded nose pads), which I installed. That raised the frames the perfect amount that I don’t need to tilt my head back or lift the frames, to read close up. Next time I order plastic frames, I’ll make a note on the prescription page, to raise the segment a few mm. I ordered Aroma, Aloft, and Astrid styles in brown, floral, and red, respectively. The Aroma is exactly like the photo online. The other two are darker in real life, but they’re still super cute. The Aloft does not have spring hinges. This has no effect on comfort. In fact, spring hinges tend to squeeze my head; once these are adjusted, they’re very comfortable. Of the three styles, the Aloft is my favorite. The photochromatic feature is a little light at this point. They darken, but not as much as my Essilor lenses. I’m ok with it because I play outdoor sports in prescription Oakleys and I’ve found that some photochromatic lenses need to be exposed to uv more over time, to have their ability to reach their maximum darkness. I feel like I got away with something, to get three pairs of stylish glasses for under $200. Delivery time was impressive. I received my order within 15 days. Just for reference, I sent some frames to LensDirect on April 3rd, and here it is over a month elapsed, and I still have not received my order. With Muukal, in the future I can build an entire wardrobe and experiment with outlandish styles without regret.

I love my new glasses!! I ordered 3 pair of progressive glasses and the prescription was perfect. Glasses were exactly as described. I have already ordered 2 more pair of glasses.

My new glasses fell apart the 2nd time I wore them... total time on my face...30 minutes. When reporting the issue I went to the email I received to make a warranty claim but instead of a link for reporting the issue I see a link here to give a review and did so with accurate account of what I had experienced with their product ... that was well over 2 or possible 3 weeks ago. This company won't replace their defective product until I delete the comment... thats coercion and I won't be cooperating with criminals or the business equivalent to it. BECAUSE THATS NOT HOW YOU CREATE CUSTOMER LOYALTY OR INCREASE BUSINESS FROM RECOMMENDATIONS. EXCUSES OF ..WE DONT MAKE THE GLASSES ISNT RELELEVENT. YOU SELL THOSR GLASSES SO THEY REFLECT UPON YOU. ... I WILL NOT RECOMMEND YOU NOR DO BUSINESS UNLESS I HAVE NO OTHER OPTIINS.
