I've never ordered from here before and I was a little anxious. The prices were so good that I thought the quality was probably off. Boy was I wrong. The glasses were just as described , the frames were pretty and lightweight and best of all, the prescription was perfect. I will definitely be getting more and highly recommend!

Glasses were ordered and delivered within 3 weeks. Glasses are light and durable.

Estoy decepcionada. 497 / 5,000 A few weeks ago, I filed a complaint about the three pairs of glasses I bought on sale. The problem was the placement of the progressive lenses. They told me to choose a new frame, but that it had to be 40mm high. They arrived and fit fine, although I lost two pairs. I placed a new order for three pairs, and all three are 40mm high. They arrived yesterday, but I can't see well with them. I understand again that it's the progressive lenses. I know that if I file another complaint, I'll lose my money again. I'm disappointed. Lots of good choices in the style I wanted. I was able to order progressives with rectangle glasses, which is not possible with rectangle glasses the same size with other sites. After wearing them 2 weeks, they are good quality and I can see great with them. One out of 3 pairs I ordered took an extra week to arrive.

I sent in my prescription, ordered 3 pairs of glasses. When I received them, even though the prescription on their paper was correct but, the actual prescription put on the lenses were wrong. I'm not sure what happened maybe the orders were mixed up or something. I contacted them on several occasions. Last thing they texted me was: I could send the glasses back to (China?) for a huge fee etc.etc. I haven't heard from them since..... they were reported to the BBB and they never answered them either! BUYER BEWARE. There are many other online eyewear companies....I happened to pick the wrong one...... you've been warned....Thank You

Good customer service…frames….quality….

Just as ordered.

love my glasses!! The Shaun frame is perfect!
