I've been an online glasses buyer for years. I've tried the majority of them. I gave Muukal a try this year because I couldn't beat the prices. When they arrived, I was equally impressed with the quality.

The glasses were much smaller than they looked on line. I would of preferred a larger frame.

I loved all the frames, they were all good quality and looked just like the pictures. The only reason I gave it a 4 was that one of the pair of glasses I can not read with. It's like the bifocal portion is not there or is very small. I've worn trifocal glasses for year, so I am use to them. 2 pair of the glasses I can see fine with. Is there anyway I can get the faulty ones replaced?

I have ordered three pairs. 2 with progressive lens, they both made me dizzy after few hours of wearing them. I took them to my doctor for prescription accuracy and I am told they were not right fit. I also ordered one with single vision, that was good. Muukal customer service reached out to resolve the issue and promised to send two new pairs with single vision. That is very nice of them. It honestly what a good customer service experience is. Hats off to them.
