All 3 of my glasses came out blurry. Customer service asked for a picture and said they were all too big. I have the same style from other companies, with NO problems. They sent me another pair which was better but not perfect. When i reached out about other solutions, I was told I have 4 pair of glasses " what more do you want?". They gave me a $65 coupon which expired within a week. Don't bother.! Lisa is not that helpful.

Glasses are exactly what I ordered.

My glasses do not transition at all. I paid extra for that feature. I have sat them in the sun for around 30 minutes and they do not change at all.

Just received my new glasses yesterday. I bought transitional glasses and they dI not seem to get very dark at all in the sun, very slight tint. I've never had them so I don't know how they work. I have seen my father's get really dark. Maybe the blue block has something to do with it.

I am not happy with the darkness of the transition lens. I still have to squint because it is too light. Im not happy with the fit. The large frames still squeeze behind my ears. I'm not happy with the style with 2 of the 3 that I ordered. The photograph "try on" did not give a good representation of the style/colors.

The company was very good in their communication. Something about my prescription was not clear and they made sure to check with me before making the glasses. The glasses are really lovely and perfect to see through. I am very happy with the experience.
