All 3 pair of glasses arrived in perfect condition yesterday. I love them all. I'm awaiting two more. TY so much!

I really had high hopes for this company, it seemed they had many selections & some really cute frames. The frames all have price tags but that price changes/goes up, even if you are just wanting to buy the frames. There is never any information about shipping once they were paid for. Most, if not all frames are clear “plastic” so in order to see the color or design on your frames you would need to put them in a bright light source. Not what I expected. What a let down. Won’t be purchasing any more frames from them.

The glasses themselves are great. The magnification for the progressive lenses are all different. I have 3 other pairs of glasses with the same prescription and the reader part isn't as magnified as the three pairs I got from Muukal. They make the things I am reading looked 3D and curved and it hurts my eyes. I looked at the return policy and it appears as though I'm not able to get them corrected or get a refund so I am stuck with them.

I received all three pairs of glasses and they are awesome!!! Highly recommended

the customer service and time to get my glasses is excellent. The frame quality is great and the price is amazing! My prescription on my clear lenses is fine as well. Unfortunately I had to get a bigger frame for my sunglasses and the progressives are a tad off and it takes a moment for my eyes to adjust. All in all, I'm very pleased with everything

Ease of ordering, shipping, receiving, and love them all!

I ordered progressive lenses / glasses. Got a great deal for three pairs ... I thought. I tried on the glasses and for all three my vision was distorted. I took them to my optometrist office and they checked them out. The progressive 'line' was crooked and off center. I contacted Muukal regarding this and received back an email with a picture of how I should be wearing the glasses. I think I know how to wear glasses. No further word from them yet.

Love this company! Excellent service, fast shipping and extremely helpful. I was adjusting my glasses and broke them, they were so pretty, but they remade them for me!!!! I have since ordered again. :)
