WOW!!! I’ve been a glasses wearer my whole life and I’m absolutely astounded that I could get 3 pairs of progressive lens glasses with all the premiums (scratch coating, blue light blocker, wider viewing area, ultra light lens). Now, these aren’t Calvin Klein frames or anything, but they fit well, are super cute, and The prescription is perfect. I physically upload my script from my eye dr and Muukal got it right. I’m about to put a full review of all 3 sets on my TikTok account , KarenOnTrend, so buyers can see! I will be back because now if I break or lose a pair, I can actually afford to replace them!!! THANK YOU!!!

I purchased 3 pair of glasses that was supposed to be for $119 plus I paid for expedited shipping. When I received the glasses, on one pair the arm was completely broken off, the other two were the wrong frames, and they were all the wrong size. They wouldn’t remake any of the glasses although they were all incorrect, not even the broken pair. They will only refund me $70 and I paid $140. They are violating their own policies, which I screenshotted, highlighted, and sent to the company. I’ve been dealing with them for two weeks now they have completely ghosted me and will not respond to any of my correspondence. Do not purchase anything from this company because they don’t care if they get your eyeglasses correct and they don’t care about honoring their policies or taking care of their customers. There is a reason the glasses are so cheap. You get what you pay for and the company refuses to fix them. I intend on reviewing them everywhere possible, disputing the charge with my bank, and contacting my attorney. According to their policies they should remake all of the glasses but they want me to pay for the return shipping, which I will not do when I paid extra to have them shipped to me initially and they came later than they should have. Their policy states that if a pair arrives broken, they will remake or replace them which they will not do. All of the issues are because an employee didn't pay attention to my order and the sizing yet they refuse to stand behind the policies that are on their website. So I've spent $140, have 3 pair of glasses I cannot wear and they refuse to resolve the situation. Buy from a reputable company because after all, you get what you pay for.

I can't believe I wasted my time buying glasses from the eye doctor. This is amazing, lots of options good prices and good care instructions. I've been cleaning my glasses in circles 4ever!!!..bought 4 pairs already and I'm holding back....but I paid more for one pair at the doctor's than in have for 4 and I still got room.

Need additional screws for glasses ordered please!

I ordered 2 pair of progressive and 1 single vision pair. I cannot wear any of them, as they all give me headaches and pull on my eyes. The companies only recourse was to re-make up to 2 pair of single vision glasses. Great, except the progressives are what I wear all day to work, drive, etc. To get your money back, you have to pay shipping and duty to China, or they very sweetly allow you to keep the 'paperweights' and will return less than half what you paid. Not happy with the product, materials, company policies.
