If I could give them zero stars, I would. I provided my Rx and ordered 2 pairs of near vision (reading) glasses. Both pairs were so blurry, I could not read a thing. I attempted to resolve the problem with "customer service" numerous times. I was offered a refund of $15 for both pairs. I declined and said I wanted a full refund. I was told that I had to send the glasses back at my expense if I wanted a full refund. Sending the glasses back to CHINA would cost approximately $100....more than I paid for the glasses themselves. I reiterated that I wanted a full refund and would not be returning the glasses at my expense. Then they stopped communicating with me altogether. Additionally, "customer service" appears to be one person who you are communicating with in China who doesn't have a good command of the English language and, because of the time difference, only messages in the middle of the night. Don't be tempted by the low price. You get what you pay for....horrible lenses that you can see out of and terrible customer service.

The sunglasses I ordered I found the lenses to thick and did not sit properly in the frame.

I love this company. Got all of my orders in 13 days all the specs are perfect!

Also a huge fan - the glasses are great quality, and shipping time is very reasonable.

I’m up to 12 pairs, a color or style for everything and I’ve been pleased with all!

Happy with my Rx frameless and polarized sunglasses both are great. Got here faster than I thought 🕶️👓👍🏾
