I am impressed on how long it took to get my glasses and the frames I selected were nicer in person and lightweight.

This is the 2nd time I got glasses from Muukal. I love the quality and definitely the selection of unique frames. Will buy again when I need another pair or two or three....Thank you.

Excellent product for a great price.

I wouldn't even give them one star if it were an option. This company is a joke. Good luck getting a reimbursement if they screw up your order. I went back and forth with someone for over a month. They kept saying "We replied to your email, have you received it?" when they had never actually responded. Rather than tell me everything they would need upfront, they would request one thing at a time...and then I'd have to email and email to get the next response from them. For whatever reason, they even required me to take a picture of myself with a pair of the glasses on. After about a month of this nonsense, they said they'd pay me back $85 from my order. I had paid close to $200. They refused to give my anything more..on top of that, they REQUIRED that I delete my review on their page under my order in order to receive the refund, and stated it's their policy. When I asked them to show me the policy, as I thoroughly reviewed their site for it....crickets. I have not received any further communication, NOR did I receive any amount for a refund. This company is a JOKE and their products are shit.

Impressive!! My grandson has very bad eyesight and the first thing they did was email me to double check his prescription. That was very thoughtful. The glasses arrived within a week and the prescription was correct!! I will definitely order again

This is my second order with muukal. The first order was perfect. This order is terrible. I ordered three pairs of glasses with tinted lenses & they came with clear lenses. A pair I previously ordered came with thicker lenses & noticeably heavier compared to my last pair.
