MuukalOpticalReviews of muukal.com

The glasses came packed well. Came within a couple of weeks. They were exactly what I ordered.

Good fast service. Quality item. Great packaging and gifts

On the suggestion of my wife, I tried ordering my latest pair of glasses from this company. I followed the directions on their website in the order process, including my latest prescription. I've been wearing progressive glasses for a number of years, and my latest prescription indicated stronger glasses needed. I received the glasses the beginning of August. I used the new customer deal and ordered the buy one get one free. I liked the frames and the condition of the glasses when they arrived. However, I could not read hardly any text. That was with both pair. Included in the package was an introduction to Muukal with how to properly use and take care of my new glasses, along with an email of how to contact the company with questions. I emailed them my concerns on 8/4 and as of today 8/15, still no response. I also went to the Muukal website and to the contact page there, where I was told would be contacted in 12 hours. That was 4 days ago. Still nothing. My suggestion to you is buy your glasses from somewhere else. I obviously will not recommend this company to my friends, and was very disappointed in my experience with them.

Wowww ! Very fast shipping with tracking number ! My eyeglasses are so Nice and very good quality!

I love love love all my glasses. Ill be ordering some more here right away. This company gives you the ability to have more than one pair, which is wonderful.
