Everything went good in ordering my prescription glasses, they arrived on time. They fitted a little snug but that was ok much better than my previous. I just wish there were more of a selection to choose from and just a little larger size selection in the frames. They are good for the price.

I love having an eyeglass wardrobe, which I can now afford with the 3 for $119 deal. This most recent order was my fourth. And the glasses are great! I have needed customer service on one other order, and they were very responsive - making me a new pair of glasses. I keep coming back for the fashionable styles and the great price point.

I absolutely loved them! Even when I messed up ordering, their response was very quick and nice and they took care of the problem. The glasses look amazing. I ordered 3 glasses and each of them came with their own case and cleaning cloth. I also loved that it came with care instructions, a little screwdriver keychain, and even an extra set of nose pieces. They went absolutely above and beyond what I was expecting

I ordered their three glasses special, which seemed like a good deal. Two of them are nice. But one of the prescriptions is totally wrong. They are all three supposed to be the same prescription, but one of them is clearly wrong. My vision is blurry and it makes me dizzy very quickly. I wrote to Muukal to ask for them to replace it, per their guarantee. They wrote back saying “the prescription is absolutely correct” and wont replace it. Terrible service, and you can’t trust their warranty. I thought if I liked their glasses/service, this could be my new yearly option for glasses. But I won’t be going back. EDIT: I can’t reply to Muukal’s reply, but Hygge sent me an email reply on 9/11 at 7:03pm ET saying “the prescription [on the blue pair of glasses from my order number 12508580829] is absolutely correct.” So I’ve already given you my order number, and until this was public, you weren’t interested in helping me. Your response below is an attempt to publicly pretend like you plan to help me. And readers can assume no help was forthcoming, until you honor your warranty. Only then will I revise my review.

The glasses are beautiful, although the quality of prescription is not great. This is second time I ordered that the lens are distorted. I feel like I Wasted my money for 3 pairs that only 1 is good.
