Great prices but shoddy products and even worse customer service. My brand new eyeglass frame cracked and my lens fell out while I was driving. Asked Muukal to replace them. Have to say I confused matters by asking them if they could add a bifocal element on the replacement pair which they said would at an additional cost of $20 which I agreed to and sent over by PayPal. They claimed they never received the money so I asked if they could just replace my glasses with an identical pair (no bifocal added) as my original. Never heard back from them.

These glasses are amazing. Great quality at affordable prices. I put aside my overpriced new glasses for these beauties!!!! The sunglasses tho 👍👍

I wasn't expecting amazing quality (3 for $119) but frames full of micro scratches, one lens is marked as well. They did query my prescription which was good though, showed at least someone is looking at the info.

I bought the three glasses for $119 and this has been a wonderful experience! My glasses fit my face perfectly and my vision is now great! I highly recommend Muukal Optical! I received my glasses today 9/18/2025. Blessings! Sharon Townsend

For the most part I am very happy with the 2 out of the 3 . Would have been a 5 start if not for my 3rd pair having one of the lens pop right out and the plastic guards that go on the end that go behind the ear fall off as well when I took my glasses off. To bad that pair was my favorite too.

Super fast production and shipping! Very disappointed about another glass company but you came thru and got my son glasses fast! Thank you!!

The prescription seems blurry and the frames are like children's glasses.
