Glasses arrived in a timely manner. All fit mostly good except one pair was a little large. I got 3 pairs really cheap all 3 with everything I wanted at a very good price. I'm happy

The two pair of glasses I purchased are useless since I can’t read with them- very blurry. The glasses were tested by my optician’s office and found to be incorrectly made in the right lens. Muukal gave me an option to send back and have the glasses remade but said if the lenses still didn’t work there was nothing else they could do. I was only offered $65 refund when I paid $142 for 2 pair. (Less than 50%) so I accepted the $65 so I didn’t completely lose out. Previously I had made 2 separate purchases and things went fine, I even recommended this company to others- Not anymore! Better off paying more elsewhere.

This was the 3rd order I have done but only my 2nd prescription. Not much of a change in script but did change up the frames. Took advantage of the buy 3 for $119 sale again. Experience was enjoyable and service was quick. I ordered them on 9/19 and got them in my mailbox 9/29. Will be using them again. Have already told my family about them.

Quality is good. Great value for the money. Did not realize glasses ship from China so it took 8 days in transit. Thanks!

Great selection and promotions. I have a high prescription and there were so many options. I had issues with a pair of glasses I received and reached out to customer service. They were helpful and sent me the correct pair of glasses.
