I ordered 3 pairs of glasses from Muukal Optical, and they were not of good quality. The frames were heavy, too wide, and I wanted to return them. Muukal's customer service was terrible! They wouldn't provide me a way to ship the glasses back, and then when I told them the frames were too wide and heavy, they asked if I would take a photo of myself wearing them. When I told them I would not agree to that due to privacy reasons, they were rude and argued that they needed the photos to verify that the frames were too wide for me. This request is absurd. I won't be ordering from this company again and will just throw the glasses away.

Both pairs of glasses were huge on my face. I did all the measurements against my current glasses and they were not that far off. I won’t wear the white ones at all.

The order process was very user friendly. I absolutely loved the coupon for buy three for $129. I have not seen one of these coupons in all the eyeglass sites that I researched. When I received my ordered I loved all three pairs of glasses.

The prescription plastic isn’t totally in the frame showing white around the bottom of the frame.

The quality of my new glasses surpassed my expectations! I purchased three pairs in my first order. After receiving them I ordered two more pairs of clip on style prescription glasses. I'm a customer for life now and I told my friends and family as well!
