Three pairs of glasses came quickly paid less for three pairs then LensCrafters wanted for one. Progressive prescriptions fine quality feels good very happy with the purchase

I've ordered 8 pair of glasses. Two of them I ordered incorrectly. Forgot to check no line. I got a $25 refund which I couldn't find, but I reordered. All but one pair are great. That pair has the prescription on the lenses in my view. Didn't want to deal with it.

I purchased three pairs of glasses. Great price, two of the frames cracked in three months. They sent me a new frame (Patricia) with dummy lenses to pop out and put in myself. I took them to Costco and they did it for me. It happened again on another pair (Queena) and they would not send me a frame to replace it. They said I should buy another set of glasses. I am careful with my glasses. My last pair from Zinni lasted 5 years and I wore them everyday. While these are cheap in price they break quite easily. The warranty is 3 months which it does clearly state when purchasing. Mine broke in 2 months which they replaced the frame. The second was just 3 months which is in warranty but they will only help you with one pair. They will for any reason send you another pair once. Mine was that the lenses did not fit my vision area (progressive) they remade them. While they were easy to work with as a company the frames should not break and not be usable in three months. I now have one pair left that I’ve been wearing and they have not broken. They also did not publish my review on their website. Only 4 star reviews. All in all I would not recommend.

These last couple of frames I bought are sturdy, yet very pretty! The customer service staff was very polite and the process was quick and effective.

Many frames to choose from. Prices are very reasonable. Received in a timely manner and quality is very good. Will definitely recommend to others and buy again! Thank you!
