I have ordered from here a few times and always get glasses the are amazing. The quality is great, the prescription is perfect. I can see very clearly. Iam definitely a repeat customer

The box was cracked when I opened them, and the right lens had popped out. I put it back in the frame, but either doing that caused the glass to be askew or the prescription was off because it's all blurry. I checked that I had typed in the prescription correctly and I had.. I can't wear them now.

Glasses are as ordered I now have 6 pairs and they are all very good. The delivery is very fast I had my order within a week. All 6 pairs are with Transition. They work perfectly. The three for $119 was the best offer I have seen. That is in USD. The features I add drive the price up a bit, but it is still great value. Shipping is free and by courier to my door.

So far so good on the customer service end. I haven't gotten the glasses yet. I expect to wait awhile since the site says 12-21 days. I'm assuming that means business days too by the way. I had an issue with the PD part. My script there was no PD marked and the website auto filled it as 63. I had no clue what pd was but had filled the script in there correctly. So, I assumed that they must've known by the numbers already given since it was already filled in. Then later after I bought 4 pairs all together that if u have the incorrect pd it can cause a variety of problems. And then I saw either of you or somebody comment that their doctor had left a PD off of prescription too and what exactly it was. So I tried to do it myself but I wasn't too confident so I emailed my doctor's office back and told them I needed the PD because it wasn't included in the original prescription they sent me. I figured my regular eye doctor was just trying to deter me from getting any other glasses outside of their company. But come Monday when they opened up they sent my PD right away and unfortunately it's not 63. It's 61 and I'm hoping that they are fixing that right now. They said they would fix it. It wasn't my fault that they automatically filled it in to a number that I had no idea what it was about. I'm not a doctor and I honestly just went with it because it was filled in. So buyer beware of that. If it's automatically filled in, it doesn't mean that's correct. Other than that, so far the customer service has been great when I contacted them but I contacted them with politeness and I was kind and understanding. Sometimes you have to give things in order to receive respect. You have to give it. Might be why some people have an issue. I'm not sure. But try being nice and you never know it could turn out way better than you expected. I'll update once I get my glasses and see how they look and feel on my face.

Everything fits, prescription, looks all exceedingly. However, dont know where to send to fix if break.
